Gratuity is at your discretion. However, it is customary to tip your chauffeur when you receive an excellent service.
If I am sitting in a concert or other special event, do I have to pay for the time when I am not in the limousine?
Yes. We dedicate the limousine you rented exclusively to you from the time of your pick up to drop off, regardless of whether you are in the limousine or not during those hours.
Can you drop me off at a certain location and return later without charging me for the hours in between?
Yes. In such case, the customer pays according to hourly rates for every pick up separately (with no 50% discount on the second hour because the first and the second hours are not consecutive).
I'm working on my best friend's bachelor party, will HUMMER H3 Alpha be comfortable for 12 adults?
We typically quote the number of permitted passengers based on guidelines from the manufacturer. Typically, the manufacturer quotes a number of passengers based on 65-70kgs per passenger. Unless you have extremely thin men in your party, booking the maximum number of people in the limousine may not be really comfortable.
